These Terms & Conditions govern use of the OZEM Consultant LLC website and communications service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You can review messaging choices on our SMS Consent page without logging in, enrolling, or making a purchase.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program: OZEM Consultant LLC conversational messaging. The program facilitates recurring one-to-one text conversations between enrolled individuals and their family members, friends, and other contacts through assigned communication numbers. These assigned numbers are used for the communication service; they are not personal cellular phone lines.

  • Consent: participation in ongoing SMS conversations requires your consent to OZEM Consultant LLC’s messaging program at the mobile number you provide. You may provide consent through our SMS Consent web form by entering your own mobile number and actively selecting the consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase. A paying customer or another person cannot provide SMS consent on a recipient's behalf.
  • Starting a conversation: after consent has been established through the SMS Consent web form, an outside contact may send and receive conversational messages through the assigned communication number. Consent applies to the conversational messaging program and does not authorize unrelated or promotional messages.
  • Frequency and charges: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to the communication number to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out request. No further program messages will be sent unless you provide renewed consent.
  • Help: reply HELP for help or email info@ozemconsultant.com.
  • Delivery: availability and delivery depend on communications networks and applicable service restrictions. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Appropriate use: do not use the service for harassment, fraud, unlawful content, unauthorized messaging, or attempts to bypass applicable facility rules. Service access remains subject to applicable rules and restrictions.

Acceptance and use of the service

By using the website or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Use the service only for lawful, authorized communications and in accordance with the SMS program terms above and any terms disclosed for a service you purchase.

Eligibility

You may use the service only when you are permitted to do so under applicable law and relevant facility or provider rules. You must have the authority to agree to these Terms. You may provide messaging consent only for your own mobile number; you may not consent for another recipient.

Enrollment responsibilities

Provide accurate enrollment and contact information, keep it current, and take reasonable steps to protect your account access. Confirm that the enrolled individual and intended recipient are correct before communicating. Tell us if you discover inaccurate information or unauthorized use. Enrollment or payment by one person does not establish another person's SMS consent.

Assigned communication numbers

Assigned numbers support routing through the OZEM Consultant LLC communication service. They are not personal cellular phone lines. Use an assigned number only for its intended communications, and do not represent that it is a recipient's personal mobile number. The service is not an emergency communication service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for harassment, threats, fraud, unlawful content, unauthorized messaging, or attempts to bypass applicable facility rules or restrictions. Do not interfere with the service, misuse another person's information, or send messages after that recipient has withdrawn consent.

Payments and billing

When a service requires payment, review the price, service period, and any billing, cancellation, or refund terms presented for that purchase. You are responsible for charges you agree to, subject to applicable law. Payment processors may apply their own terms. This page does not add a fee, automatic-renewal requirement, or refund restriction that was not disclosed for your purchase. Contact info@ozemconsultant.com with billing questions. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Service availability

Access and delivery depend on telecommunications networks, external providers, and applicable facility restrictions. Availability, delivery times, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, provider changes, and facility requirements may affect the service. Do not rely on it for emergency or time-critical communications.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or end access when necessary to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, facility or provider restrictions, or discontinuation of a service. Applicable rights and any separately disclosed purchase terms remain in effect. You may stop participating in SMS by replying STOP and may contact us about ending other service participation.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and service are provided on an available basis without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We do not control external networks, facility decisions, or how recipients use information they receive. Nothing in these Terms removes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OZEM Consultant LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third-party networks, or misuse of the service. This limitation does not exclude or limit any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Legal compliance

You must comply with applicable laws and relevant facility, carrier, and provider requirements. These Terms do not authorize restricted communications, impersonation, or attempts to circumvent facility rules. If a requirement limits an available feature or communication, that requirement must be respected.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be posted on this page, and any notice required by applicable law will be provided. Review the Terms when using the service.
